JSC “Dažų ir Dangų Fabrikas” has a Dutch Partner, Limruss Int. BV, with whom they work together very intensively.
The aim is to improve knowledge about raw materials, recipes, working-standards, in order to achieve optimal client-satisfaction.
The employees are trained in-company by western specialists, and visit abroad seminars.
The equipment is from western origin. Especially the Hardener-installation, which was build customer-tailed, gives the possibility to produce hardener under nitrogen, with guarantees a better quality and ensures a longer shelf-live.
In the laboratory all tests can be done which are necessary to meet the quality-standards of the products. Besides the laboratory staff is instructed by Dutch specialists and involved in Research & Development, to improve constantly the quality of the products.
Limruss Int. BV is satisfied with the attitude of staff and employees in the company. They are ready to meet the requirements the clients are asking for, and always eager to learn about new techniques and developments in paint-production.
